Who owns the hotel?
The hotel is owned by Select La Crosse, LLC, and is operated by Premier Hotel Properties, a Midwest Hotel Management Company. Our name is through a licensing agreement with Gundersen Health System.

How is the hotel related to Gundersen Health System?
The hotel is independently owned and operated by Premier Hotel Properties. The hotel’s name is under license with Gundersen Health System, and due to the location the company felt the relationship is positive for the hotel and Gundersen Health System.
The hotel will be connected via underground concourse to the hospital campus, providing all weather convenience to guests visiting Gundersen Health System.
Can anyone stay at the hotel or only Gundersen related patients, visitors and staff?
Yes, the hotel is open to all guests visiting La Crosse or Gundersen. The hotel looks forward to hosting guests in town for business, pleasure, or with groups and events, as well as Gundersen Health System guests.
If I am coming in as a patient or visitor with Gundersen Health System, do I get a discount?
Yes, special rates are available for patients and visiting families of patients while at Gundersen Health System. Please contact Gundersen Hotel & Suites at 608-793-0200 for reservations and access to those special rates.
Will the hotel accept group business?
Absolutely! Our leadership team understands the needs for group and event blocks, and look forward to coordinating the booking from the inquiry through departure, and will attend to all the details to create a positive guest experience for everyone.
Does the hotel have meeting space?
The hotel offers an Executive Board Room that can accommodate up to 10 people conference style or in a small classroom format.
The Riverview Terrace Room, located on the fourth floor, is another space that is geared for guest gatherings when not rented for an event. The comfortable seating areas are ideal for conversation and family gatherings, features a balcony with bluff and river views, and fun extras for the kids that include Xbox and Wii make the space ideal for intimate social events for up to 25 people.

Does the hotel accept pets?
Most certainly! We are a pet friendly {dogs and cats} location, and pets are welcome and there is no pet deposit!
Do you charge for parking?
No – parking is on-site and complimentary for all overnight guests. We will also have two electric vehicle charging station in our parking lot and will be complimentary for our registered overnight guests.
